Community Flu vaccination clinic outside the cafeteria 10/13/2022
Texas Vaccine Institute will be outside the cafeteria providing flu vaccinations for students, parents, guardians, and the community. First come, first serve. They accept Traditional United Healthcare, BCBS PPO of Texas, Aetna TRS Choice POS 1 and II, Aetna TRS Active Care I and II. Or you can pay $10.00 for children up to 18 and Adults 19 and above $28.00. If you plan on receiving a vaccine you MUST bring a photocopy of the accepted health insurance and write the date of birth of the carrier and all the individuals date of birth of who will be receiving the vaccine. TVI will not have a copy machine therefore you MUST bring a copy of your accepted health insurance. If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Reyes at creyes@sabinalisd.net
