How to Participate in the Sabinal ISD Surplus Items Auction


Sabinal ISD Sealed Bid Auction Announcement

Sabinal Independent School District invites you to our sealed bid auction on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. The public may view the equipment available for auction between 10 AM and 1 PM. All bids must be submitted to the central office by 2 PM on the same day.


Each bid must include the amount offered for each item and the bidder's name and phone number. Winning bidders must pick up their items by Monday, May 13th at 2 PM. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their bid.


A list of items in the auction is available in PDF format at the bottom of this post.


Please Note:

  • Bidders must check in at the HS office to be screened before being allowed on campus.

  • All items are sold "as is" and no refunds will be issued. I would consider most items to be non-functional and need parts to be made operational again.

  • No support or repair services will be provided for any technology items.
